Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms govern your use of Le Fayaz (the "Service"). By creating an account, checking the legal acceptance box, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

4. Service description and AI disclaimer

The Service provides AI-generated travel guidance. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and are provided for informational purposes only. You remain responsible for independent verification before making travel, legal, health, or financial decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content.
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Resell or commercially redistribute the Service without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or misuse the underlying systems.
• Harass, harm, or deceive others.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Your plan auto-renews until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless required otherwise by law.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• We may update pricing with prior notice before renewal.
• Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, may be added at checkout. Our VAT number is FR78888155496.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including branding, design, and software, is owned by Fayaz or its licensors. You retain rights in content you submit, and grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or expose the Service to abuse or legal risk.

9. Warranties disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fayaz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
