Account data: email and authentication/session identifiers.
Conversation data: prompts, model responses, titles, and saved items stored in our Supabase database under your account.
Subscription data: plan and billing status linked to your account.
Rate-limit data: request counters keyed by account ID in Upstash Redis.
Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and user agent from requests to our service.

3. How we use your data

To authenticate users and maintain sessions.
To provide chat functionality and conversation history.
To manage subscriptions, billing state, and account features.
To enforce anti-abuse and rate limits.
To send transactional messages such as login links and billing notices.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data for targeted advertising.

4. AI processing and training

To generate responses, relevant prompt content is sent to third-party AI inference providers. We do not use your content to train our own models.

5. Processors we use

We use service providers for core operations, including Supabase (auth and database), Stripe (payments), Upstash (rate limiting), and AI inference providers. We may also use hosting/infrastructure providers to run the product.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting faiazparis@gmail.com.

7. US state privacy rights

If you are in a state with an applicable privacy law, you may have rights to:

Know/access personal data we process about you.
Correct inaccurate personal data.
Delete personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
Receive a portable copy of your data.
